This year, we are honored again to partner with our colleagues - a professional creative team- in formulating marketing materials to our clients for the upcoming exhibition.
Before we put our words on paper, we put the perfumes on our skin and applied the masks on our face in order to feel the experiential journey the customer would be going through.
That way we could map, express & describe the journey through his/her senses- the smell, the touch & the feeling after using the product, when the sharp focus was also on the environment, sustainability & responsibility.
The motto was to emphasize the customer experience while incorporating important information about the ingredients; where the ingredients come from, how do they arrive at the factory & more. In doing so, we created a narrow resolution that transparently reflects the company's strong environmental-social ethos. Today's customers are more engaged than ever. They want to look good but also feel good about their choices- they seek beauty that aligns well with their values, turning their shopping experience from good to perfect!
